This role requires coordinating resources, controlling costs, reviewing shop drawings, issuing subcontracts, and keeping stakeholders informed through monthly master schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to develop master schedules and coordinate with subs and owners.
• Strong contract administration and cost-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project activities and issues to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain a Master Project Schedule updated monthly.
• Manage cost accounting, pay requests, change orders, RFIs.
• Handle subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor comms.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy against specs.
• Ensure work complies with plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and field teams.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance on site.
