Job summary

Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction efforts for industrial and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate safety, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management to deliver on time and within scope.

You will work closely with site teams, engineers, and owners to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and ensure quality across all project phases from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Experience with water/wastewater or transportation infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Safety - ensure safety is integrated into planning and execution across the project.
• Pre-job planning and mobilization documentation.
• Submittals review and log maintenance with the team.
• Develop and manage project schedule using Procore, Kahua, and P6.
• Manage change orders, cost control, and payments to subs and vendors.
• Coordinate with owner, engineer, and subcontractors to maintain open communications.
• Build and maintain project look-ahead schedules and cost reports.
