Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a public sector renovation in the Northern Sacramento Valley. The role leads a multi-faceted project from mobilization to closeout, overseeing interior renovations, an addition, roof replacement, and site improvements.

PMs spend most time on site, coordinating with subcontractors, the design team, and owners to meet scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, preference for public

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Public works experience is preferred.
• Ability to run a job site independently in a secured facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the project from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and design team on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for the owner and public agency stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with site-specific access and security requirements.
