Job summary

NurtureSource Homes in the Bay Area is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead home renovation projects from start to finish. You will ensure budgets, timelines, and scopes stay aligned, while overseeing on-site crews and coordinating with the design team, vendors, and homeowners.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction project management, a degree in civil engineering or construction management, and a proven ability to communicate clearly, manage risks, and deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage renovation projects from start to finish.
• Manage budget, timeline, and scope to align with project goals.
• Provide regular status reports to homeowners and agents.
• Coordinate on-site activities with crews, vendors, and design team.
• Lead and motivate internal construction team to high performance.
• Work with architects/engineers to resolve on-site issues.
