Job summary

Precision Industrial Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and technical direction for large-scale construction projects, or multiple smaller ones. You’ll interface with clients, oversee project execution, and ensure safety, efficiency, and high standards on every site.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, developing execution plans, leading scoping, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting; coordinating with clients and vendors;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management—or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Industrial Construction experience required: Pulp and Paper, Corrugated and/or Food Industry a plus!
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel and have a valid driver's license and Real ID or Passport.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and documents to build a full understanding of project requirements
• Develop construction execution plans that serve as the foundation for estimating and project delivery
• Lead project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution
• Oversee on-site operations and ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations
• Conduct site investigations to identify unique conditions or potential challenges
• Apply engineering practices to solve technical problems during planning and construction
• Prepare technical reports and studies as needed for specific bid items or project issues
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
