Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from inception through completion, ensuring strict adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. You will review subcontractor proposals, build and maintain schedules, and drive accurate documentation and reporting.

You will oversee scope management, change orders, and billing, while maintaining strong communication with leadership, clients, and field teams. A proactive, hands-on leader is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Assistant Project Manager
• Skilled in construction drawings, specs, and take-offs
• Supervised 2+ Area Wide Events
• Experience in DR or GC
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish with oversight and quality control
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Review, approve, and manage subcontractor proposals, scopes, and change orders
• Maintain all project documentation: daily logs, reports, inventories, and records
• Coordinate with leadership on scope, buy-outs, and reserves
• Perform billing reviews, audits, and invoicing
• Monitor project risks and address schedule or budget issues
• Respond to on-call needs and manage technician/subcontractor availability, 24/7
• Fill in as needed, including hands-on tasks and additional responsibilities
