Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 5–12 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: develops or contributes to the project safety plan and ensures policies are followed.
• Project Controls, Risk, & Compliance: manages controls, risk mitigation, and contract compliance.
• Financial Management: oversees project forecast, change management, and billings.
• Scheduling & Coordination: creates CPM schedules for medium to large projects and tracks updates.
• Business Development & Client Relations: builds local market relationships and supports sales strategies.
• Subcontracting & Procurement: develops subcontracting strategy and scopes of work.
• Quality & Closeout: implements quality plans and manages closeout tasks.
• Team Leadership & Development: leads and mentors project team and communicates strategy.
