Quantum Industrial seeks a Project Manager to lead industrial mechanical construction projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and executives to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with quality and safety as priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills, plus proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera. Travel to field sites and client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing industrial mechanical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of assigned projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites.
• Monitor progress, performance, and financial metrics.
• Review and manage contracts, change orders, and documentation.
• Maintain communication with clients, engineers, and leadership.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned.
