Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary construction projects at Starbase and other SpaceX facilities. You will own the design, build, and activation of infrastructure, driving projects from scope through close-out in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires coordinating with elite engineers and specialists, managing cost and schedule, and ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management; 1+ years in field construction or 5+ years in commercial construction in lieu of degree.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and calculations; mark up coordination items.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit; proficient with basic construction tools and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to achieve on-time and under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors; develop final cost and schedule for projects.
• Ensure site safety and environmental compliance; manage site operations and inspections.
• Facilitate regulatory approvals and manage contract close-out across multiple disciplines.
