Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC in Naperville, IL seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects under the Project Director. You will report on status several times weekly and drive payment terms and collections.

The role requires at least three years as a Superintendent in construction with mix of commercial and residential experience; asbestos, lead, and mold certifications; OSHA training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and others.
• Coordinates job starts and schedules with customers.
• Manages payment terms and collection of outstanding receivables under direction of Project Director.
• Requests payment at substantial completion and COS signoff.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Ensures safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related standards.
• Uses Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, and forecast budgets/labor/material.
