Job summary

The Valcourt Groups is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, coordinating deadlines, budgets, materials, and site activities. You will analyze drawings, procure equipment, and ensure timely progress, relating with owners, engineers, and the Foreman to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires reading plans, estimating experience, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word and estimating software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Must read and understand commercial plans, specs and details.
• Experience with waterproofing products and installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure scopes meet industry and job-specific standards and profitability.
• Take-offs, price collection from vendors, and subcontractor coordination.
• Coordinate with Foreman and crew; handle submittals, RFI’s, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Finalize contracts, warranties, and close-out documents; ensure final completion dates.
