Responsibilities

• Collaborating with engineers, architects, etc. to determine project specifications.
• Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Determining resources (manpower, equipment, materials) from start to finish within budget.
• Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Acquiring equipment and materials and monitoring stock to address shortages.
• Hiring contractors and staff and allocating responsibilities.
• Supervising laborers and providing guidance as needed.
• Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
