Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects in the K-12, higher education, and public sector arenas. This long-term contract role covers planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial construction efforts on schedule and within budget.

You will manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with architects and engineers, and lead teams and third-party contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience leading K-12, Higher Education and/or Public Sector Projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling and cost control.
• Hands-on experience in construction and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation.
• Developing and managing budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and other construction professionals.
• Coordinating with team members and third‑party contractors to deliver projects on plan.
• Ensuring on-time, within-scope and within-budget project delivery.
• Identifying risks, creating risk mitigation plans and managing issues.
• Ensuring project legal documents are completed and signed.
• Maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation.
• Reporting and escalation to management as needed.
