Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Project Manager in Fishers, Indiana to lead ground-up and commercial projects. You will cradle-to-grave manage scopes from initiation to closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors on projects typically $20M–$50M.

Required 4+ years PM experience in self-perform spaces, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam. A Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Experience running projects cradle-to-grave within Commercial, Healthcare, MF, K-12, Retail, Restaurant ($20M - $50M).
• Proficient in Procore project management software, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
