Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams including contractors and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee project execution ensuring safety compliance and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, anticipate issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets and provide cost-control measures.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and related documents.
