Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Entry Level to Senior Construction Project Manager in Ardmore, PA, to lead multi-project efforts from planning to closeout. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and ensure work complies with codes and standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. This role offers growth, benefits, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing subcontractor relationships.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
• Manage subcontractor relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues
• Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project goals are met
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage and mentor project team members
