Scroggs & Grizzel Contracting Inc is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all facets of multi‑discipline construction projects. You will ensure progress aligns with schedule and budget, coordinate with engineers, architects, and field crews, and manage subcontractors and material vendors.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of building methods, strong leadership, and a proven track record in delivering on‑time projects while maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred but not required with proven experience.
• Experience as a Construction Manager.
• Project management certification preferred but not required with proven experience.
• Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project
• Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers
• Secure necessary permits and licenses
• Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
• Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
• Estimate costs and keep the project within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors
• Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers
• Report on progress
• Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
