Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar required.
• 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Viewpoint and Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget to achieve goals.
• Develop strategy and allocate staffing and resources.
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate with Architects/Engineers as needed.
• Manage project documents, RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
• Collaborate with clients on changes and exceptions to contracts.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports for management and clients.
