Job summary

Spriggs Excavation, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead field crews and oversee civil projects from start to finish, maintaining strong client relationships.

This full-time role requires coordinating schedules, budgets, safety, and subcontractors across multiple states; you may be assigned to one location for extended periods before transitioning to another project.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of civil experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions under pressure.
• Thorough understanding of engineering and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates multiple projects for efficiency and quality.
• Communicates with clients regarding budget, schedule and tracking.
• Ensures adherence to budget and adjusts to issues.
• Supports the superintendent in coordinating project needs.
• Ensures safety standards on the jobsite and compliance with codes.
• Collaborates with clients, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
• Oversees multiple crews and evaluates manpower needs.
• Prepares reports and dashboards on progress and budgets.
