Job summary

Promethean Builders is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction programs from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating internal teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and technical expertise, with hands-on use of Procore, Primavera P6 and MS Project to manage schedules, costs and RFIs, while maintaining clear communication with owners and design teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion.
• Oversee all project financials, including subcontractor billing, cost tracking, change orders, and monthly projections.
• Create and manage submittal schedules, coordinate design reviews, and lead submittal meetings; process RFIs promptly.
• Review and approve subcontractor and owner change orders, assessing cost and schedule impacts.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants; lead OAC meetings.
• Lead trade buyouts, prepare scope sheets, and conduct kickoff and coordination meetings to meet schedule and safety standards.
• Manage permitting, insurance enrollment, and compliance documentation to ensure contractual adherence.
