Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in construction-related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty.
• Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio.
• Update and project job costs.
• Process change events & associated change orders.
• Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices.
• Assist superintendent with site logistics & management.
