Job summary

Grand Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations. You will oversee pre-construction, bidding, procurement, and on-site execution using Procore and related tools. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

The role requires a bachelor’s in construction (or related field) and 2–3 years as an assistant project manager, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a construction related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years successful experience at an assistant project manager position.
• Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong PC computer skills (MS Office) mandatory, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Procore.
• Flexibility for intermittent travel to out-of-town job sites as needed.
• Combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management of multiple projects including plans, budgets, contracts, schedules, and quality control.
• Maintain relationships with clients and monitor construction and financial progress to ensure proper project completion.
• Participate in pre-construction design meetings and provide feedback on cost and constructability.
• Prepare RFPs, bid plans, and GMP budgets for Grand Contracting built projects.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, buyout, and scope of work negotiations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage change events.
• Ensure safety, document control, and timely monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with GRAND software and project teams to track progress and schedule changes.
