Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, oversee high-profile projects, and develop strong client relationships across multiple industries.

Based in project locations, you will drive forecasting, change management, scheduling, and profitability while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Industrial Construction with projects $75MM+
• Certifications such as SPMP, PMP or CCM are a plus
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR training
• Experience managing construction budgets and schedules
• Knowledge of construction materials/equipment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Office
• Understanding of contracts and subcontract documents

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior PMs, PMs, and AMs
• Oversee high-profile, complex projects with minimal oversight
• Collaborate to allocate resources and meet schedules
• Attend hand-off meetings and gather project information
• Review Schedule of Values for owner billing
• Manage schedules, budgets, and profitability
• Approve high-value subcontracts and PO negotiations
• Review monthly project billing and invoices
• Oversee scope changes, notices of delay, and approvals
• Participate in hiring PM and field personnel
• Conduct annual reviews for direct reports
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on sites
