Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced project leader to direct and coordinate construction activities for a range of industrial projects, including water/wastewater plants and data centers.

The role oversees one large project or several smaller ones, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget while mentoring team members and collaborating with prime clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding and interpretation of safety laws and company policies.
• Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate/industry practices and their impact on project activities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Business-oriented person who can interface effectively with others.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Outline work plan with project staff and assign duties and responsibilities.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate activities with governmental agencies and subcontractors.
