Job summary

The Crom Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with Accounting, Administration, Development, Engineering, Procurement, Safety, Training, Logistics, and Human Resources.

You will develop contract understanding, prepare CPM schedules, manage submittals, and oversee cost reporting, site visits, and project closeouts.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent with 1–3 years PM experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Understand contract documents, project plans and addenda.
• Develop CPM schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with draftsman for shop drawings and submittals; manage submittal packages.
• Review materials, purchase orders and work orders for project procurement.
• Visit sites as required and manage safety, quality, and scheduling requirements.
• Support project closeout and post-project assessments.
