Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Align project scopes and facility needs with Facilities Management and Capital Planning.
• Technical Oversight: Evaluate drawings, specifications, and site conditions for standards compliance.
• Contract Management: Manage contracts, amendments, and change orders in line with procurement requirements.
• Budget Monitoring: Track expenditures, schedules, and risks to support timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Documentation Review: Maintain accurate project records and prepare updates for leadership.
• Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations throughout execution.
