Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with construction plans.
• Update the schedule as required by the contract.
• Prepare change proposals and negotiate change orders.
• Monitor logs for tracking submittals and change orders.
• Maintain good relationships with project stakeholders.
