Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a mid‑level Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budget and schedule. This role provides project management support for multiple small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance.

You will plan, supervise, and coordinate activities, prepare estimates, change orders, and cost reports. Travel up to 25% and work primarily on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction PM.
• Proficiency with Accubid and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities and coordinate with team.
• Prepare complete estimates, schedules, and change orders.
