Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 1 to provide direction for a project or a portion of a larger project. You will lead the operation and administration, build client relationships, and ensure alignment with the company’s safety culture and values.

You will collaborate with the project superintendent and preconstruction team, manage submittals, buyouts, and change requests, and drive schedule and budget tracking. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the project and ensure alignment with strategy and safety.
• Oversee preconstruction, buyout, submittals, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to maintain schedule & budget.
• Prepare and review project schedules, cost/margin forecasts, and reports.
• Manage risk, pricing, and subcontractor performance through lifecycle.
