Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction with exceptional service. You will support several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance.

The role requires a degree in construction-related field, experience in project management, and strong communication. Travel up to 25% is expected, with on-site work on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience coordinating multiple small to medium projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager.
• Supervise project activities and assign tasks to Assistant PMs.
• Prepare complete project estimates by reviewing plans and bid forms.
• Monitor project performance to meet schedule and budget.
