Job summary

You will manage owner contracts and subcontracts, control costs and schedules, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. The role rewards leadership, safety focus, and proactive problem-solving on complex commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of commercial construction experience.
• At least 3 years in an Assistant Project Manager or equivalent role.
• Ability to plan, organize, and administer owner and subcontract agreements.
• Proactive management of costs, schedule, changes, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from contract execution through completion.
• Coordinate with field Superintendent to ensure safe, efficient work and high quality.
• Procure and deliver labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors timely.
• Manage contracts, risk, and escalation to protect project and company.
