Qualifikationen

• Four year construction degree or equivalent plus related experience.
• Experience managing large projects with budgets typically in the tens to hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and scheduling methods such as CPM/LPS.

Aufgaben

• Oversee administration and execution of assigned projects safely, profitably and on time.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead business development, estimating, bidding and contract negotiations for projects.
• Develop and manage CPM schedules with site teams and ensure Last Planner System usage.
