Sundt Construction in Salt Lake City seeks a Project Manager (Construction) to lead assigned projects safely, profitably, and on schedule. The role covers preconstruction and execution, with two progression steps (I and II) reflecting project complexity from under $20M to $50M.

You will coordinate with estimators, superintendents, and clients to deliver quality results. Candidates typically bring a four-year construction degree and 3+ years of PM experience on heavy industrial or power projects,

Qualifikationen

• Four year construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures is essential.

Aufgaben

• Champions the orderly, timely transition of projects from the estimating phase to the field, including review meetings of contract requirements, schedules, budgets, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Completes closeout requirements and punch lists in a timely manner and manages warranty callbacks.
• Coordinates means and methods with the Project Superintendent for successful and profitable execution.
• Develops and manages the project plan including scope, procurement, safety, time, financial, and risk management.
• Oversees budgeting, cost control, and ensures projects complete within approved budgets.
