Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator champion to lead assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner. This role advances through two steps, I and II, with progression from smaller projects up to $20–50 million, and requires 3–5 years at Step I and 5–10 years at Step II.

You will drive project reviews, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with subs and vendors to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in preconstruction and in managing construction projects.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, and cash flow procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned projects to ensure safety, profitability, and timeliness.
• Coordinate with marketing, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation as requested.
• Develop and implement project management plans including scopes, procurement, environmental, time, financial, quality, safety, and risk.
