Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to specialize in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction sector at our Port St. Lucie, Florida office.

The role ensures project objectives are met on time and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities across diverse projects including data centers, schools, and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least two years of project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
