You will lead project planning, budgeting, and coordination across data centers, schools, and hospitals, reviewing plans, directing staff, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of project management experience; proficiency with ERP/CRM and Procore; valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems; Excel experience; Procore preferred.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
• Other duties as assigned
