Structure Tone Boston, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial tenant improvement projects. The PM is responsible for overall project success, maintaining quality, client satisfaction and profitability on retail and investor-center work.

• 5–10 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience with corporate or commercial interiors and multi-account leadership.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff on the project and coordinate with project owner, tenants, and professionals.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and administrative PM tasks.
• Monitor schedules, expenses, and related performance.
• Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Review bids, vendor qualifications, and change orders; approve payments as needed.
• Coordinate with in-house estimating for early purchasing and planning.
