Job summary

Structure Tone Boston, part of the STO Building Group, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support tenant improvement construction projects. You will assist senior leadership, coordinate among architects and engineers, and oversee submittals and RFIs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 3+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. CMiC familiarity is a plus, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.
• CMiC experience a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership directly and run project audits.
• Coordinate among architects, engineers, and other disciplines.
• Schedule subcontractor manpower and material resources.
• Review and process submittals and RFIs.
• Participate in cost control and document control.
• Perform quality control/assurance reviews of on-site materials.
• Assist with punch lists and close-out documents.
