Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a construction management professional with a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience to lead project development, budgeting and oversight in major rehabilitation and new construction projects.

Ideal candidates possess knowledge of Building and Fire Codes, construction management software, and a clean NYS Driver’s License. Supervisory experience and strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher).
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible, directly related full‑time experience in construction management, budgeting, project development, and/or a related field.
• Three (3) years of direct supervisory experience in minor rehabilitation and new construction, including project cost and schedule oversight.
• Knowledge of Building and Fire Codes.
• Knowledge of construction management software.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have, keep and maintain the appropriate valid NYS Driver’s License; have a motor vehicle record which is free from major violations or a pattern of repeat violations.
