Job summary

Stewart Companies is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality per contract documents. You will act as the main client contact and coordinate with subcontractors, field staff, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP systems, and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of building construction principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Main client contact during Pre-construction and Construction phases.
• Review and approve subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare and update project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Price, submit, record, and track all change order requests.
• Prepare monthly gross profit and status reports for projects.
• Lead client and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with field Superintendent on site activities.
• Maintain logs for distribution at progress meetings.
• Prepare client invoices and review subcontractor payment applications.
• Prepare monthly project reports as required by client.
