Job summary

SRE Building Associates seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, keeping budgets, schedules, and client expectations aligned. This role requires coordinating with subcontractors, designers, and the site team to ensure smooth delivery and strong results.

You will communicate clearly with clients and partners, read plans, and guide a cross-functional team through pre-construction to closeout, driving timely decisions and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and overall project coordination.
• Strong organizational and planning skills for cost control and timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication across clients, subs and designers.
• Knowledge of construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans.
• Proven leadership and team management with the Superintendent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and openness to PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules aligned with client expectations.
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for clients and external partners.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent, subcontractors, design team, and leadership.
• Proactively resolve project risks to avoid delivery disruptions.
