Forza Group in Senoia, GA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to hit timelines and budgets.

The role demands strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills, with hands-on experience in Procore and crew management. A high school diploma and 5 years in construction are preferred, with focus on delivering quality, safety, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience budgeting, strategic thinking, negotiating, organizing, and presenting findings.
• Ability to communicate with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Project Superintendent.
• Review and comprehend technical and administrative documents, such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
• Create a list of material takeoffs to define quantities of work materials.
• Analyze projects before they start, accurately estimating costs related to labor, materials, equipment, and other relevant areas.
• Oversee daily operations, develop reports on materials and crew requirements, and analyze the financial success of potential projects.
• Determine work crews and production rates for the performance of required tasks.
• Break down the scope of work into definable tasks.
• Build effective relationships with skilled labor, subcontractors, and partners through strong communication skills.
