The Project Manager will ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Strong proficiency in project management software is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects exceeding $1M.
• OSHA 30 certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project, including budget, schedule, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the main client liaison, conducting regular meetings and providing progress updates.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the on-site project team.
