This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between $160,000 and $190,000 annually.

Construction Project Manager

Southeast U.S. (Travel / Relocation as Needed)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar construction projects across the Southeast. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager with a strong general contracting background, proven subcontractor management experience, and exposure to federal and/or healthcare construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Own overall project performance, including schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Owners, Architects, and Engineers
• Lead project startup, including permitting, mobilization, logistics, and phasing plans
• Manage subcontractor prequalification, bid analysis, buyout, contracts, and coordination
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules (Primavera P6 preferred)
• Oversee RFIs, RFPs, change orders, submittals, and material procurement
• Implement and enforce project safety and quality control plans
• Review cost projections, invoices, labor reports, and monthly financials
• Prepare payment applications and monitor collections
• Run OAC meetings and provide clear project reporting
• Manage project closeout, including documentation and final accounting
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and interns

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
• Experience delivering projects involving architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
• Strong understanding of financial controls and cost management
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate as project needs require
