Construction Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading project teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. The Senior Project Manager must also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and continuously improve project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Project Management – Lead multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work, on-time schedules and complete client satisfaction.
• Budget Management – Oversee costs and ensure project is completed within budget.
• Team Leadership – Lead and motivate your team to achieve and exceed project goals.
• Client Interaction – Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance – Uphold our commitment to excellence by implementing and maintaining rigorous quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and/or equivalent construction experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Compensation

$85,000-100,000/year (with truck allowance and bonus potential)
