Nemours is seeking a Construction Project Manager (Full-Time) to join our Nemours Children's Hospital team in Orlando, Florida.
This position is responsible for the management of the design phase and construction of renovations, equipment replacement, infrastructure upgrades and replacement, and new construction projects within the Nemours enterprise. The role involves working within the Corporate Facilities Department to deliver the highest level of customer service to the Nemours Enterprise. The position will be a key leader in defining the scope of the end-user’s project, leading the design process, and managing the construction and occupancy to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the role includes involvement in the development of Nemours standards in the Hospital, Clinic, and other Nemours facilities, with an understanding of Health Care Administration (AHCA) review, approval, and construction processes.
