Construction Project Manager at LaserAway

LaserAway, a leader in aesthetic dermatology with over 10 million treatments and 18+ years of experience, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the expansion of our nationwide clinics.

About the Role

This role involves supporting construction management efforts within a PMO environment, including scheduling, field verifications, permitting, procurement, vendor management, project reporting, and onsite buildout support.

Responsibilities

1. Manage project schedules, task durations, and risks.
2. Assist in construction administration tasks like RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
3. Support procurement activities, including electrical, lighting, and HVAC equipment.
4. Review construction plans and conduct quality assurance checks.
5. Perform site visits to monitor construction and compliance.
6. Participate in store setup and build-out, managing temporary laborers.
7. Maintain vendor communication and prepare project status reports.
8. Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
9. Manage project documentation and closeout processes.
10. Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field, or 2+ years relevant experience.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in Google Suite, Smartsheets, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge of permitting, construction best practices, and building codes.
5. Ability to perform physical tasks and travel up to 20%.

Working Conditions

Remote work with periodic site visits, ladder access, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
