About the Role: Construction Project Manager

LaserAway, an industry leader with over 10 million treatments performed and 18+ years of experience, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the expansion of our nationwide clinics. The role involves overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

1. Manage project schedules, task durations, and monitor progress.
2. Assist in construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
3. Support procurement activities, including equipment takeoffs.
4. Review construction plans for completeness and adherence to best practices.
5. Conduct quality assurance of shop drawings and submittals.
6. Perform site visits to monitor construction and compliance.
7. Coordinate store setup and build-out processes.
8. Maintain vendor communication and prepare project status reports.
9. Participate in meetings and record minutes.
10. Manage documentation and project closeout processes.
11. Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field, or 2+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Smartsheets, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of permitting, construction best practices, and building codes.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and site inspections.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Working Conditions

Remote environment with periodic site visits. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift equipment.
