Job Description:

Our large construction company is currently hiring for a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be servicing projects in the Mid-Atlantic region of the country. Travel as necessary to any projects is required, however all travel will be expensed.

Main responsibilities include managing a budget and a schedule, creating purchase orders and subcontractor agreements and working in Procore. This individual should have 5+ years of experience within the commercial construction space working as a project manager. Experience with project over 2 million dollars in size is required. Any background with school building construction or modular building construction is highly preferred

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience working as a PM
• Experience with MS project and Procore
• Experience managing budgets and schedules

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Modular building construction background

Compensation:

$45/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k)-retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
