What You'll Be Accountable For
- Delivering Projects Right — The First Time. You will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned and executed with precision.
- Managing Financial Performance. You will own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
- Holding the Standard With Subcontractors. You will set clear expectations, enforce commitments and follow through, address challenges constructively, and maintain strong, professional working relationships.
- Managing Risk Before It Becomes a Problem. You will make and advocate for decisions that are based on data, not assumptions, maintaining a high standard of quality and escalating concerns early in the process to protect the project and the client.
Qualifications
- At least five years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
